MS Word - Setting Text Position under Headings - Advanced and Adobe InDesign Users

One of the most frequent client requests is converting Adobe InDesign files into (usable) Microsoft Word templates.
This tip is inspired by one such project. Adobe InDesign places text inside frames, so it's easy to separate headings from body text, and place the body text in a consistent position below the top margin of a page.
